Can I have the money on my account refunded to me?

Yes you can as long as any unused money on your Extreme Cred card are not invalid and there is at least £6:50 left on it they will give it back to you any time you ask by sending Extreme Cred an email via the Get In Touch section confirming that you have destroyed your card. When Extreme Cred process your refund they will charge you £3.99 before doing so.

What happens when my Extreme Cred card expires?

Your card will be valid for 12 months. When it runs out you will no longer be able to use it and they will arrange for the money to be transferred onto your new one after taking off any money that is owed. They will not send you a new a card if you put it in writing at least 28 days before your current card runs out & you want a refund. or there are insufficient funds on you card for new one.
