| Virgin has introduced a new pay-as-you-go card which will enable consumers to put money onto their card, as they would with a mobile phone, they can then use the funds to shop on the high street or online and to withdraw money from ATMs. The card can be topped up at Post Offices, online and at PayPoints across the country.
